Thorpe Park have been releasing images of their latest Sparkle Project updates to their Passholders Facebook group. The Sparkle Project is a multi-year project, set to clean up the park through the use of paint jobs, rethemes, decluttering & more. It’s in the name – they’re giving the park some zazz, they’re making it sparkle! ✨

15th February 2024: Today’s update includes a variety of different maintenance works taking place around the park. 🔨

Big Easy Boulevard is looking amazing – even with the grey skies! Most buildings are now painted, and work on replacing old windows is beginning to take place. What do you think about the repaint so far? 🖌️

Thorpe Park have started to create a themed fireworks shop window located at the exit/accesibility entrance of Detonator.

Big Easy Bumpers is looking fab with it’s new car designs. 🏎️

Today, Thorpe Park have confirmed that “Hyperia’s Burger King is getting a full refurb inside and out”. Do you think the park should keep two Burger Kings, or swap one of them out for another restaurant? 🍔

There are also several more repaints taking place across the park, including the entrance archway & bridge walkway. When do you think we will see the new logo updated at the park entrance? 🧑‍🎨

Finally from today’s Sparkle Update, the brand new sweet shop, CandyPips, has received new brick walls, lighting and ceiling beams ready for painting. We’re so excited to see the final product… and buy our pick & mix – LOTS and lots of pick & mix – did we mention we’re excited to buy our pick & mix? 🍬
