Inspired by the fictional coastal village of Amity Cove, Amity exudes a relaxed beach atmosphere with a 60s vibe. It’s the oldest area of Thorpe Park, featuring classic attractions like Tidal Wave and Stealth. Amity is also home to the iconic WWTP Radio.

Originally opened as Canada Creek in 1989, Old Town has recently undergone massive changes as part of the area is overtaken to make way for Thorpe Park’s newest and most exciting project – Hyperia! Now, Old Town is a fairly small area and is home to SAW – The Ride and Samurai.
Serving as the park’s main entrance, Port & Basecamp welcomes guests through The Dome and into the Park. Here, there is a range of facilities and information as well as restaurants, shops, and home to the Thorpe Shark Cabins.
Located between Amity and The Jungle, The Dockyard is an industrial themed area home to two horror attractions – The Walking Dead: The Ride, and the reimagined Ghost Train that opened in 2023.
