Serving as the park’s main entrance, Port & Basecamp welcomes guests through The Dome and into the Park. Here, there is a range of facilities and information as well as restaurants, shops, and home to the Thorpe Shark Cabins.

The Playground is available throughout park opening hours, plus little thrill-seekers staying in Thorpe Shark Cabins can visit in the evening for a swing or spin! Here little adventurers can unleash their inner thrillseekers- climb, crawl and zoom down the slides, swings and super-fun surprises! It’s the perfect place to burn off energy while the big kids conquer the thrils.

Facilities

This space is available to anyone who needs a quiet break from the thrills of the park. For access, speak to staff in First Aid (just a few doors down). Available on a first come, first serve basis.

Open from 1pm until 1 hour after park close.

Outside the lower dome (next to Guest Services). Here for any on-site medical assistance, lost children, Quiet Space access plus select medication and sanitary products for sale.

The Events Marquee (Lake View Marquee) is anything but conventional for business meetings. It has a flexible, adaptable space of 940sq meters to host conferences for up to 600 delegates and sits in the very heart of Thorpe Park. For further details, contact events@thorpe-park.co.uk.

Unlimited access for the day of your visit, large lockers £5 or jumbo £10. Choose a locker with a green light, scan the QR code using your mobile phone, pay online, and select your pin number. Close the door to lock. You can open your locker at any time using the door keybad or using your mobile phone.
