Thorpe Park have been releasing images of their latest Sparkle Project updates to their Passholders Facebook group. The Sparkle Project is a multi-year project, set to clean up the park through the use of paint jobs, rethemes, decluttering & more. It’s in the name – they’re giving the park some zazz, they’re making it sparkle! ✨

28th January 2023: Todays update includes the Nemesis Inferno shop, Big Easy Boulevard, Hyperia toilets & The Swarm toilets. 💡

Firstly, New lighting has been installed within the Inferno Shop, plus new flooring throughout. Oh and finally the slide at the photo kiosk is finally being removed. ❌

A new floor is being installed within the Colossus Shop which is the “first phase of sparkle” 🤩

Flock and shop has been stripped and gutted ready for its transformation intro CandyPips SweetEasy. We cannot wait to visit this updated and improved version of the shop. 🍬

Thorpe Park have officially confirmed today that as of the 2024 season the foot-push sinks in Hyperia and The Swarm’s toilets will be no more. These have done us so much service over the years but its time for them to go. 🚽

Finally, 2 Days later the park released a mini sparkle project update where we can see the next few dodgems cars being prepped for there transformation into the Big Easy Boulevard theme. 🟢
