Thorpe Park have been releasing images of their latest Sparkle Project updates to their Passholders Facebook group. The Sparkle Project is a multi-year project, set to clean up the park through the use of paint jobs, rethemes, decluttering & more. It’s in the name – they’re giving the park some zazz, they’re making it sparkle! ✨

7th December 2023: Today we received out first ever updates on the new Sparkle Project taking place at Thorpe Park. Today we see work taking place on Colossus, Tidal Wave and Vortex. ✨

Firstly we can see the beginning of the Colossus repaint project in which Colossus will be receiving a new colour scheme for the first time in 22 years since it opened back in 2002. 🎨

Next up we can begin to see the removal of the Tidal Wave bridge as it gets replaced with a completely new one in the future. We cannot wait to get drenched on here. 🌊

Finally from today’s Sparkle update we can see some winter maintenance happening over in Vortex as it is getting ready for its fresh coats of paint. 👷‍♂️
