Sparkle Project 19.02.24
Thorpe Park have been releasing images of their latest Sparkle Project updates to their Passholders Facebook group. The Sparkle Project is a multi-year project, set to clean up the park through the use of paint jobs, rethemes, decluttering & more. It’s in the name – they’re giving the park some zazz, they’re making it sparkle! ✨
19th February 2024: Today’s update includes updates to Stealth, Burger King, and Big Easy Boulevard. 🍔
Over at Stealth new signs and graphic designs have been installed. As well as this, Stealth also has some new screens that have been installed in the queue line. 📺
Burger King continues work on new exterior walls to compliment the theming of the UK’s tallest rollercoaster Hyperia.👑
Work over at Big Easy Boulevard continues on with its groundwork maintenance as well as foundations for the new Detonator facade. We can’t wait for this area to come to life and open up to the public! 🧨
The Colossus queue line entrance has now been painted & is now ready to move onto the next steps, which is adding new theming details. What new theming would you like to see over at Colossus? 😵💫
Tidal Wave’s new & improved bridge is coming along very well, and new roof panels are ready to be placed in the station. 🌊
The coffee shack, located in the domec continues on its refurbishments with repaints, lighting altercations and other design changes. ☕️
Finally from today’s Sparkle update, Nemesis Inferno’s queue line is starting to receive some additional repairs to be more efficient upon opening. 🌋
