Thorpe Park have just announced that VIP Coaster Climbs for Hyperia will soon be available. However, these will be exclusively for Annual Pass Holders (Thorpe Park & Merlin Annual Passes) and for those who have experienced a coaster climb on one of THE SWARM, Obvlivion or Colossus within the last 24 months. Thorpe Park have asked that all those wishing to be considered for this exciting experience are to contact VIPHyperia@thorpe-park.co.uk to register their interest.

At this moment in time, we understand that the Park are establishing what demand there would be for this experience with further details to be announced shortly.

Understandably, with Hyperia being the UK’s tallest rollercoaster, standing at 236ft, Thorpe Park have exclusively opened this experience to those with previous coaster climb history to ensure that they have what it takes.

Please also remember, that you will only be able to participate if you have a valid Annual Pass (Thorpe Park or Merlin) at the time of booking and date of your climb.

We also expect that all participants in this VIP climb will receive an exclusive VIP Hyperia pin badge, as we saw at the Attraction Source ‘Fearless Frenzy’ event, in addition to some other VIP goodies as we normally see with any VIP event at Thorpe Park.

We will keep you updated with any further details, and we hope to see this experience opened up to more guests without Annual Passes and who have not climbed another coaster soon.
